JILA is welcoming applications for a Proposal Analyst/Sponsored Project Specialist. This role will support JILA's Principal Investigators and administration of awards both pre- and post-award. The Proposal Analyst (PA) works directly with JILA and potentially other University faculty, research administrators, and students to ensure proposals reect sponsor and University requirements. PAs ensure proposals are submitted by the proposal deadline.
This role is responsible for supporting JILA's Principal Investigators by assisting with the administration of sponsored research awards to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

JILA is a joint institute of the University of Colorado Boulder and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) located on the beautiful CU Boulder main campus at the base of the Rocky Mountains. The hiring range for this position is $60,000-$70,000. Relocation is available for eligible candidates within department guidelines.
