Proposal Coordinator

CIC Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support business development efforts by coordinating and producing a high-quality, compliant proposals and qualifications in a fast-paced AEC environment. This individual contributor role works closely with proposals, marketing, and technical teams to support multiple pursuits from kickoff through submission.

This position may be located in St. Louis, MO; Los Angelas, CA; Toledo, OH; Philadelphia, PA; Chicago, IL; Greer, SC; or Houston, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate RFQ's, RFPs, SOQs, and prequalification's submittals from kickoff through final submission.
• Develop, edit, and format proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions using Adobe InDesign and established templates.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, assignments, and deadlines.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and project information.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brad consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting AEC proposals and RFQ/RFP processes preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
