WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development of compelling proposals, qualification statements, and marketing materials for a professional engineering services firm. This individual will play an important role in EBA's marketing team by coordinating proposal efforts, supporting business development initiatives, and helping communicate the firm's expertise and capabilities to clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate, develop, and produce proposal responses for state and local agencies
  • Support proposal development efforts from kickoff through submission
  • Assist with gathering information from technical staff and organizing proposal content
  • Edit proposal and presentation materials for readability, clarity, consistency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
  • Review proposals for compliance with RFP requirements and submission guidelines
  • Tailor proposal materials to effectively communicate EBA's qualifications and experience
  • Write and update technical content for proposals, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Prepare interview materials and presentations for shortlisted proposals
  • Develop and update employee resumes and project descriptions in Deltek Vantagepoint
  • Assist with award submissions and marketing collateral updates
  • Foster productive working relationships with internal teams and external partners

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, English, communications, or associated field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on proposal writing in the A/E/C industry
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience leading proposal responses from prepositioning through proposal submission and interview/presentation
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with SF330 proposals
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint and Unanet CRM
