All that you need is:

  • 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, market research, or similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with experience with government RFPs, RFIs, SSNs, and procurement platforms like SAM.gov.




WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR PROPOSAL COORDINATOR?

In this part-time role, you'll take the lead in coordinating proposals from start to finish, analyzing requirements, building compliance matrices, and collaborating with subject matter experts to craft compelling responses. Your day may begin by reviewing a new RFP, pivot into gathering insights from internal teams, and flow into refining content to ensure every submission is accurate, compliant, and impactful. You'll also monitor platforms like SAM.gov, uncover new opportunities through market research, and deliver strategic insights that shape pursuit decisions, all while ensuring deadlines are met and quality remains exceptional.
