Kforce has a client that is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Rockville, MD.
Summary: We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support a busy proposal and marketing team during a high-volume period. This role will focus on creating, editing, and maintaining employee and project resumes for proposal submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update resumes and proposal documents using templates
- Edit and format content for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize information
- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize urgent requests
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy and quality
