Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview:
- Lead and manage all proposal activities.
- Direct proposal team members and monitor progress.
- Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance.
- Work with the Capture Manager to integrate winning strategies.
- Develop review plans (Pink, Red, Gold Teams) for proposal evaluation.
- Oversee production, review, and submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit 100% compliant, compelling proposals.
- Create proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
- Ensure proposals align with customer needs and requirements.
- Analyze RFP/bid requirements for compliance and responsiveness.
- Support strategy and theme development for winning proposals.
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
- Balance multiple priorities and deadlines under high pressure.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Expert in proposal development and management.
- Strong business development and capture knowledge.
- Understanding of government contracting and acquisition practices.
- Ability to lead cooperative efforts across teams.
- Skilled at problem-solving, planning, and execution.
