We engage communities across all phases of transportation, transit, mobility, economic development, housing, and resiliency projects, navigating sensitive issues with skill and care.ResponsibilitiesAssist with identifying procurement opportunities and supporting the go/no-go decision processAttend pre-proposal meetings both virtually and in personPrepare proposal submission documents, forms, written content, and graphic design/layout, collaborating with the executive team on proposal developmentManage proposal deadlines, submissions, and win/loss recordsMaintain the firm's library of proposal materials, including resumes, project descriptions, and reusable boilerplateSupport the executive team at conferences and industry eventsMaintain and update the company website, keeping content current, accurate, and on-brandProduce the company newsletter for electronic distributionDesign marketing collateral, including brochures, business cards, capability statements, advertisements, and event materials, ensuring brand consistencyManage the company's social media presenceSupport graphic design needs for marketing communications and for our project management teamSupport digital marketing and digital engagement effortsPreferred Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field1–3 years supporting business development and marketing efforts, preferably in the A/E/C (architecture/engineering/construction) industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and tight deadlines simultaneouslyExperienced graphic designer; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and Smartsheet; familiarity with SharePointExperience managing website content (e.g. Wordpress or Squarespace) and email/newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Constant Contact)Experience with social media, digital marketing, and digital engagementDetail oriented with the ability to work both collaboratively and independentlyFamiliarity with public-sector or government RFP processes preferredCompetitive salary based on experienceGroup medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending account401(k) with company matchCompany-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D insuranceOptional pre-tax commuter benefitsOptional employee-paid supplemental life insuranceLifestyle allowance to support personal well-beingThis is a hybrid role.
