The Business Development team is expanding and needs an architecturally trained writer and designer to lead how the firm pursues and wins work. This person will own proposal production end to end, reporting to the Manager of Business Development and Preconstruction, and will play a central role in shaping how AI tools are used to scale the firm's pursuit workflows.Responsibilities:
