JOB DESCRIPTION
Our team is looking for a junior to mid-level Proposal Manager. Our client is looking for a full-time resource, The opportunity will be contract for 6+ month to hire
This role will focus on managing internal timelines and meetings associated with RFP's, pulling content from their content repository (Lupio) and maintaining and updating content library as needed, and writing proposal content, etc.
Reporting to the Proposal Manager, will support writing by taking context from SMEs into polished narrative and a strong ability to synthesize complex information quickly, working with AI-assisted drafting tools to accelerate the production of quality responses. The Proposal Writer also builds and maintains a searchable content library and summary repository, ensuring reusable, up-to-date content is easy to find and apply across proposals and helps ensure every submission reflects Client's brand voice and quality standards.
● Own first-draft development for proposal responses, using AI-assisted drafting tools alongside independent research and writing to produce accurate, on-brand, and compelling content.
