JOB OVERVIEW:
The Proposal Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating all proposal activities, including directing proposal and cost estimating personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines, developing proposal schedule and compliance matrix, monitoring the progress of the proposal, pricing, and coordination of proposal activities with Contracts, Program Management and Pricing with guidance from the Director of Program Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the proposal development process from beginning to end, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions to customer RFP’s.
• Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitation documents to identify key requirements, evaluation criteria, and proposal response instructions. Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather relevant information and input for proposals.
• Create proposal outlines and schedules and manage the proposal development timeline to meet submission deadlines.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in managing and directing all proposal efforts.
• Coordinate and participate in Bid/No-Bid decisions.
• Respond/coordinate all RFI, Sources Sought, ROM and other customer inquiries.
• Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and continuous improvement of the proposal process.
• Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule.
• Direct writing/editing/rewriting efforts, as needed.
• Coordinate pricing efforts.
• Conduct final quality assurance checks on proposals to ensure compliance with all requirements and submission guidelines.
• Respond/coordinate customer proposal and pricing inquiries such as cost justifications and clarifications.
• Develop and report on proposal metrics.
• Establish and manage the proposal budgets.
• Weekly reporting on proposal status.
• Other duties as assigned.

•  Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:

• This role requires 4 or more years of direct working experience with proposals and pricing to the DoD, US Government, and international customers.
• College degree preferred.
• Contracts, contract management, proposal management or experience with FAR’s is desired.
• Pricing and familiarity with DoD requirements (Rates, ODC, etc.) is desired.
• Excellent experience of Word and Excel is required.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills are required.
• Experience with ProPricer is desired.
• Must be able to provide proof of US Persons and ability to clear ATF background check.
