Open and maintain case files using prosecution management softwareManage a jurisdictional-based caseload, including file processing, police report and evidence intake, discovery disclosure, and witness notification responsibilitiesAssist with drafting correspondenceAssist with county jail calendars, to include timely filing of attorney bail recommendations and proposed orders, and ensuring prioritization of in-custody case referralsPrepare evidence packets for trials and hearingsProvide administrative support to the prosecution teamComplete special projects as assignedManage victim communications, including providing case updates and notifications of hearingsCollect and file victim impact statements and affidavits for restitutionAssist with answering the general law firm phone line when neededDistribute daily mail, on a rotational basisKnowledge of the criminal justice system is requiredIs This You?
