The role of Prospect Management Analyst is an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career professional who wants to be a part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This position will partner with the Medical Advancement team to identify and assign top prospects, manage the Grateful Patient review process, prepare for bi-annual strategy sessions, contribute to data integrity initiatives, and gather and analyze data for quarterly strategy consultations. This position is a part of the Prospect Management team and works with Prospect Management Consultants and a Senior Associate Director to assist with portfolio management for various teams within Medical Advancement. This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role on campus with an optional hybrid work schedule. The Prospect Management Analyst will report to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management.

This position is located in St. Louis, MO and the targeted hiring range for this position is $53,100 - $62,000.
Salary Range: $53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
