The Prosthetic Representative (Service Chief) at VA Black Hills HCS reports directly to the VISN 23 (Mid West Health Care Network) Prosthetics Manager but interfaces with the local executive team as well. The duties of the Prosthetic Representative (Service Chief) are to administer, supervise, manage and perform work concerned with rendering prosthetic and sensory aids services to disabled Veterans.
