Description
Prosthetic Technician
Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prosthetic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble prosthetic devices for both in-house and external customers using established central fabrication processes. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment
Fabricate a variety of prosthetic components, including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners
Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production timelines
Follow departmental procedures related to inventory, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or GED required
Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Ability to operate hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.)
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs (molds and materials)
ABC certification or prior prosthetic technician experience is a plus
Work Environment & Collaboration This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but works closely with fellow technicians, production staff, department leads, and supervisors. Occasional interaction with test participants may be required.
