Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for the implementation of the bank's physical security programs, policies, and procedures throughout a market or region. Key responsibilities include crisis and incident management and documentation, conducting routine threat vulnerability assessment surveys, contributing to security related projects, and managing a guarding force and other security vendor relationships. Job expectations include maintaining quality connections with various business partners throughout the markets to facilitate awareness and training of security programs and initiatives.Responsible for management and implementation of the security program for a large geographical region. Responsible for the protection of all corporate assets to include employees, premises, and property for a dedicated area or region. Manages security programs related to physical security, threat management or technical security. Provides consultation to client and business partner management teams. Conducts security reviews of banking centers, administrative and operations buildings based on risk assessment factors. Consults with local LOB managers and provides assistance and issue resolution. Participates in investigations of physical security incidents and other incidents as directed, providing timely documentation. The Protective Services Manager will be the bank's liaison to law enforcement and advise the local leadership on security related legal and regulatory requirements. Respond to critical physical events when necessary, supporting incident management activities, managing security programs related to physical security, assessing the threat landscape and mitigating risk, and communicating with market leaders, employees, and business partners to increase awareness of security programs, initiatives, and trendsResponsibilities:Investigates, responds to, and documents incidents following specified times and processes, including in-person response as appropriateConducts Threat Vulnerability Assessments on facilities and implements recommendations to reduce the identified risksPartners with Life Safety and Threat Management on incidents to assess behaviors and activities and help ensure the safety of our facilities and peopleDrives relationships across all lines of business in a geographic area, ensuring the Front Line Units are connected to security and related reporting channelsEnsures accuracy of invoices and adherence to budgetsMaintains relationships with facility and security vendors and provides project support to ensure physical security best practicesSupports executive protection and major events support on an as needed basisManages incidents including robberies, burglaries, workplace violence, thefts, and other security related incidents while providing timely updates to stakeholders and completing documentationOversees, coordinates, and provides direction to on-site management when dealing with crises or emergency events and trains teams on appropriate security, safety, and risk mitigation strategiesBuilds and maintains relationships with all levels of management and key stakeholders, such as local market leaders, financial center managers, facility managers, and external security experts to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal lawConducts security assessments to identify and remediate risk in financial centers, remote ATMs, and administrative/operations buildingsManages guard deployment strategy and security integrator work, including security equipment related projects for assigned areas of responsibilityPartners with stakeholders in the physical security planning and installation process for new facilities and renovations Required Qualifications:5 years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: industry experience, law enforcement or military experienceExcellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) and be able to interact with internal customers/leadershipCritical Thinking skills - have demonstrated abilities to make critical decisionsDemonstrated ability to be self-motivated/self-starterInfluencing skills - have the ability to interact and work closely with internal and external stakeholdersAdaptabilitySolid Computer Skills - working with MS Office suiteValid Driver's LicenseMust be able to provide own transportation to respond in a timely fashion to eventsMust be able to respond to matters and issues off regular work hours.Skills:Attention to DetailCrisis ManagementDecision MakingFacilities ManagementIssue ManagementAccess and Identity ManagementCustomer and Client FocusExternal Resource ManagementPolicies, Procedures, and Guidelines ManagementStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingCritical ThinkingExecutive PresencePresentation SkillsProblem SolvingShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
