Prototype Assembler/Solderer, ENE

Job Summary: 

Assembles and solders engineering prototype, pilot and small run production jobs.

Essential Functions: 

1.) SMT, Thru-Hole and electromechanical assembly and soldering using engineering and/or preproduction
documentation.

2.) Working through product start up issues with engineering and customers.
3.) Supporting rework and inspection of production products on an as needed basis.

Experience Requirement: 

Five years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing environment.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 

Hand soldering of SMT and Thru-Hole components. Extensive rework skills in SMT and Thru-Hole
technology. Identification of electronic components. Must be able to interpret drawings and work
instructions. Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes.

Working Conditions: 

Normal Manufacturing work environment
