Job Description
- Receive and process customer purchase orders
- Receive and respond to RFQ’s
- Communicate delivery dates to customers for part requirements
- Create, maintain and distribute order summary sheets
- Input and invoice customer purchase orders in Plex system
- Enter and maintain part BOM’s and details in Plex system
- Enter and schedule part build jobs in Plex systemCoordinate and ensure on-time shipping of customer requirements
- Work closely with engineering and prototype lab team members
