What you’ll tackle

• Set up and run manual equipment: Bridgeport mills and conventional lathes
• Translate blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions into efficient setups
• Execute turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations to exacting standards
• Measure and verify parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Hold tight tolerances while maintaining consistent quality
• Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on machines and workspace
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize parameters to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers, peers, and supervisors to elevate processes

You bring

• 3+ years of manual machining experience (or equivalent)
• Hands-on proficiency with Bridgeport mills and conventional lathes
• Skill in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and material behavior
• Comfort with precision inspection tools
• Detail orientation and a quality-first approach
• Ability to work both independently and with a team

Bonus points

• ProtoTRAK mill experience
• Prototype or low-volume production background
• Basic CNC know-how
