Practice Details:

• Collaborate with Physician Partners, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
• Value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs
• Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic 
• Monday - Friday: No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists
• Clinic hours:
• • Monday - Thursday 7:30a to 4:30p
  • Friday 7:30a to 12:00p
• Initial Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work (more flexibility as a shareholder)
• Call: light phone only
• • 1:3 weekends, call is triaged first
• Volume: Reduced initial ramp-up while building comfort with workflow and EMR
  • Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success 
• Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired
• Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, womens health, LGBTQ+ care, and more)
• Lean Clinical Practice Model: Streamlines patient care, standardizing workflows, optimizing team roles, and using data-driven continuous improvement to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve quality 
• NextGen EMR
• AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available

  • No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning $350K-$750K on average
• 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder
• 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME 
• Profit sharing based on total years in practice 
  • 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years
• Eligible for sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and retention bonus
• 401k with match

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
• Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
