Responsibilities: Work with Network Planning and Operations to maintain provider information and provide clerical support. Add providers to the system as needed, coordinate application submissions, update and change provider demographic information, communicate with provider offices to obtain information and perform general office duties. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in health care or managed care environment. Must be computer literate, able to perform word processing and work with Excel. Knowledge of medical billing a plus. Must possess strong communication skills and a customer service orientation. Able to type a minimum of 45 wpm. Min: USD $42,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $47,000.00/Yr.
