Communicating in a professional, tactful way when the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained. Notifying the appropriate management and discussing any circumstances where the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained.
Requirements
Must not have a condition which could compromise his ability to perform any of the mental and physical functions related to the requested clinical privileges.
Must not be denied membership or clinical privileges for any hospital system or medical staff.
Full disclosure of any investigation or any peer review or disciplinary action taken, such as imposition of consultation requirements, suspension, or termination.
Full disclosure of investigation by any governmental or other legal body.
Full disclosure of actions instituted at previous place of employment in process or pending.
Duties:
Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves.
Maintain satisfactory physical and mental health status and the ability to safely and competently practice medicine.
Maintain sufficient knowledge of specific procedures/treatments offered at clinic.
Maintain adequate clinical abilities as a practitioner.
Directly supervises the medical staff
Receive briefings and situation reports from the Chief Medical Officer and/or Clinical Director and ensures that all medical personnel are kept informed of status changes
Ensures a continuum of medical care and coordinating interaction with all appropriate outside medical entities
