About the Role
An established medical clinic in Williamsburg is looking for a Provider Operations Manager to own the full scope of administrative and operational management for its NP and PA team. This is a hands-on leadership role covering everything from credentialing and compliance to scheduling and payer issues — and eClinicalWorks experience is a hard requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Provider Oversight & Scheduling
Lead day-to-day operations across the provider team
Manage provider schedules and performance expectations
Serve as the primary liaison between providers, leadership, and administrative staff
Credentialing & Compliance
Manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment
Gather and maintain required documentation for new and existing providers
Ensure documentation compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
Payer & Systems Management
Oversee claim, payer, and insurance-related operational issues
Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage and support provider operations
Drive process improvements across operational workflows
