Provider Recruiter

BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Provider Recruiter to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is full time, with typical hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!  

The Clinic:  

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Job:  

• Develops and executes short- and long-term strategies relative to physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention, in partnership with the Human Resources Manager.
• Actively sources provider recruits by developing search profiles, identifying candidates, and making appropriate contacts.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with outside recruiters, negotiating search agreements as directed.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and determine criteria used to produce quality candidates.
• Takes active role in advertising, promotions and social activities related to physician and advanced provider recruitment.
• Connects with residency and fellowship programs as means of promoting BayCare Clinic opportunities.
• Attends job fairs and conferences as a means of promoting BayCare Clinic and sourcing physician & advanced practice provider recruits.
• Serves as point of contact for physician & advanced provider candidates.
• Conducts cold calls, prepares mass mailings, develops and places advertisements.
• Shares CV information with manager and appropriate department managing partners.

The Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, is strongly desired.
• Superior interpersonal plus oral and written communication skills are required.
• A working knowledge of employment law is necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
