Leidos QTC Commercial Services is seeking a Provider Recruiter to support our provider network recruitment efforts. In this role, you will recruit and engage qualified physicians and other healthcare providers across a variety of specialties to support our nationwide network. You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand provider needs, develop sourcing strategies, build strong provider pipelines, and guide prospective providers through the recruitment and contracting process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, engage, and screen physicians and other healthcare providers for nationwide contracted opportunities
  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective and existing providers through phone, email, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
  • Assess provider qualifications, experience, availability, geographic coverage, and overall fit for available opportunities
  • Educate prospective providers on contracting opportunities, expectations, and the benefits of partnering with Leidos QTC Health Services
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing providers to develop sustainable talent pipelines
  • Partner with management, clinical leaders, and other stakeholders to understand current and anticipated provider needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate provider interviews and facilitate communication throughout the recruitment and selection process
  • Support provider contract negotiations within established guidelines and coordinate the execution of provider agreements
  • Conduct initial orientation and familiarization activities during the recruitment process to ensure providers understand service expectations and requirements
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruiting activity, candidate information, and status updates within applicable recruiting and provider management systems
  • Monitor recruiting activity and pipeline progress to support provider coverage goals
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, customer service, or other relevant professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and conduct proactive outreach by phone and email
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn applicant tracking, CRM, provider management, and other recruiting technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience within healthcare, physician recruitment, provider networks, staffing, or a related environment
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or other healthcare professionals
  • Previous outbound calling, inside sales, business development, or candidate sourcing experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, internet job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider recruitment, selection, compensation, contracting, or credentialing processes
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing or territory recruitment strategies

Additional levels will be considered for this role. Below is the years of experience required and the compensation range for each respective level:

  • Level 1: 0-2 years exp. Comp range: $33,227 -$58,147
  • Level 2: 2-4 years exp. Comp range: $39,611 - $69,318
  • Level 3: 4-7 years exp. Comp range: $45,830 - $80,203
