This position is a member of the team responsible for participating in the development, negotiation and monitoring of contracts with public-funded substance use disorder and mental health treatment provider agencies. This position evaluates contractors performance related to treatment process and outcomes and monitors for adherence with the Behavioral Health and Recovery Division (BHRD) contracts, and adherence to associated RCWs, WACs and other State and Federal laws, rules, and regulations. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with behavioral health providers and supports the development of formal cross system relationships to coordinate care for individuals who are in service in more than one service system.

Employees will be provided with a County-issued laptop and must maintain a home workspace with an internet connection where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.
