Provider Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Outreach: Evaluate and engage utility providers to secure the most efficient bill delivery methods.
• System Troubleshooting: Monitor automated workflows and quickly diagnose production robot exceptions.
• Data Investigation: Analyze, track, and resolve recurring processing failures for incoming emails and bills.
• Process Optimization: Identify and champion opportunities to increase automation, reduce manual work, and maximize system accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a vital liaison between external utility vendors and internal development/testing teams.

• Tech-Savvy: Strong overall computer aptitude, including high comfort with Google products.
