Job Title: Healthcare Provider Data Entry Representative
Location: Remote candidates must reside in the El Paso, Houston, or Richardson, TX areas.
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Pay: $19.57 per hour

Position Overview

The Provider Data Entry Representative is responsible for maintaining accurate provider/credential information across internal and member-facing systems. This role requires regular communication with provider partners to verify and update information while meeting strict quality and productivity standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain provider data in internal and member-facing systems.
• Contact provider offices to confirm the accuracy of provider information.
• Accurately enter and update provider records while maintaining a 95% or higher quality standard.
• Adhere to established business rules, processes, and production goals.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with provider partners and team members.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and quality expectations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to quickly learn moderately complex business processes and computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional demeanor and strong teamwork skills.
• Office experience through employment or internship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Health insurance industry experience.
