Role Summary:
  • Lead and guide project meetings with core leadership to gather comprehensive business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Design and implement workflow and technical solutions for hospital and clinic systems, including EMRs and integrated third-party applications.
  • Advise and assist customers on operation and administration of collection system applications and coordinate with the facility host support team.
  • Collaborate with customers to enhance work methodologies, tools, and process efficiency.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas, requirements, and process flows.
  • Work onsite and interact with diverse stakeholders across clinical and business functions.
  • Communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions and convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Create workflow designs, process maps, and implementation plans for EMR and third-party healthcare systems.
  • Manage and support implementations for EMRs and ancillary systems used in hospitals and clinics.
  • Coordinate with IT, host support, and business teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
  • Provide application administration guidance for collection system applications and related platforms.
  • Track project progress and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain version control for all deliverables.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare provider implementation experience in hospitals or clinics.
  • Direct experience implementing EMRs such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner, including Epic module projects.
  • Experience implementing and integrating third-party clinical applications such as Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, and SoftBank.
  • Demonstrated success gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and creating end-to-end project documentation.
  • Hands-on involvement with ancillary domains such as Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Radiology.
  • Prior experience working onsite with clinical and business stakeholders in provider settings.
  • Not insurance payer experience.
