Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join a dynamic Analytics team supporting the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role requires a strong full-stack development background with expertise in Python/Django, Angular, HTML, CSS, and SQL. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Build and support back-end solutions using Python and Django frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
  • Participate in application architecture, component design, and data modeling activities.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Contribute to technology evaluations, product assessments, and buy-versus-build recommendations.
  • Support multiple business applications and work across small to large-scale development initiatives.
  • Follow organizational development standards, security requirements, and architectural guidelines.
  • Provide input on project planning, technical estimates, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developingapplications using Python-based web frameworks, specifically Django.
  • Intermediate-level SQL skills, including query development and database interaction.
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of application design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience working directly with business users and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of system integration and database development best practices.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and applications simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience participating in application architecture and data architecture discussions.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging software development technologies and practices.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise analytics or data-driven application development.
