PSAE CSR- Inventory Clerk

Job Title:  CSR- Inventory Clerk

Location: Quakertown, PA

Pay Range: $20.50 p/h

CSR Role: Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. 
 

Primary duties:

• Goods receive and Goods issue orders through our SAP system. 
• Maintain container/trailer information using our yard view program. 
• Resolve product or service problems.
• Maintain customer records and paperwork. 
• Utilize google sheets to update order status as well as maintain required logs. 
• Flexibility to help cover other shifts if needed. 
• Maintain digital driver log as drivers are arriving and departing from the site. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
