Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

 Location: Troy, OH
 Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
 Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, works well in a team environment, and is eager to grow within a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately following specifications and work instructions
• Operate assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Some prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
• Good communication skills
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
