    Title:

    PSL Business Excellence Manager - PEQ

    KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic, value‑added solutions across the asset life cycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, and energy transition solutions.

    The PSL Business Excellence Manager provides strategic, analytical, and operational leadership to support a Technology Solutions Product Service Line (PSL). This role partners closely with PSL leadership, marketing, sales, new ventures, and other internal functions to deliver actionable market, portfolio, and performance insights.

    Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Acts as a primary liaison for the PSL, tracking and communicating technical, commercial, and operational matters.
    • Leads core initiatives supporting the PSL's strategic vision.
    • Develops and communicates insights on global markets, competitors, and peers.
    • Partners with Marketing and Sales to provide market intelligence and portfolio analysis.

    Market & Competitive Analysis

    • Guides market analysis with M&A and New Ventures.
    • Identifies trends and closes information gaps.
    • Provides competitor intelligence across STS business lines.

    Growth, Acquisitions & Partnerships

    • Supports identification and evaluation of acquisitions and partnerships.
    • Quantifies inorganic growth opportunities.
    • Coordinates internal processes to support growth initiatives.

    Operational Excellence & Compliance

    • Identifies and resolves operational issues.
    • Ensures compliance with KBR policies and regulations.
    • Supports continuous improvement and safe work practices.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
    • Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities.

    Special Requirements

    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
