About the Role

We’re hiring a PSR Program Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of therapeutic services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses in North Carolina. In this role, you will supervise a team of professionals and paraprofessionals, ensuring high-quality services, compliance with regulations, and positive treatment outcomes. As a Program Director, you will be instrumental in the ongoing development and effectiveness of Psychosocial Rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support program staff, including APs and Paraprofessionals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Clarvida policies
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes for individuals receiving PSR services
• Coordinate and oversee all clinical, fiscal, and development aspects of the program
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of services
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring proper documentation and reporting
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• Meet the qualifications for a Qualified Professional (QP) in North Carolina
