Assignment Details

  • Full-time schedules available
    • 16-week contracts with renewal options
    • 8-hour or 12-hour shifts based on facility needs
    • Rotating weekends required
    • Opportunities throughout North Carolina behavioral health facilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate patient care and assist with daily living activities
    • Maintain patient observation levels and support a therapeutic environment
    • Use effective communication to assist with patient stabilization
    • Document patient care accurately and timely
    • Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
    • Perform delegated duties under RN supervision

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification
    • AHA BLS certification
    • Minimum one year of recent inpatient care experience
    • Ability to complete required screenings and competency evaluations
