$2100-$3100 (based on experience & unit)

Full-time schedules
16-week initial contract (13-week renewals)
8 or 12-hour shifts available, depending on the facility
Rotating weekends
Opportunities across North Carolinas leading psychiatric and behavioral health facilities
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric nursing care
Conduct comprehensive mental health and physical assessments
Safely administer and monitor medications
Support patients in developing coping strategies and stabilization plans
Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to drive outcomes
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
1+ year of recent inpatient care experience
Ability to pass required compliance screenings (background, drug screen, competencies)
