Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, assists in psychiatric and nursing care delivery. Serves as an integral resource in establishing a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Is attuned to the individual needs of patients and modifies approach to care based on patient, age and outcomes. Serves as fill-in for utilization review for psychiatric patients. |
