Summary:
The Program Assistant- Clinical Lead supports assigned Hospice team and ensures clear, accurate and concise flow of information to team members. Using effective communication and advanced organizational skills, the Program Assistant- Clinical Lead is the subject matter expert for the hospice electronic medical record, performs a variety of administrative duties and is responsible for preparing clinical statistical reports to guide the work of the interdisciplinary team. The Program Assistant - Clinical Lead defines the administrative role in supporting key clinical processes to ensure the delivery of consistent high quality and compliant patient care. This position also assists with the selection and successful onboarding of new clerical team members.

Basic Life Support
Current Maryland CNA certification (CNA-I or CNA-II)
Pay Range: $20.00 to $27.29 Based On Experience
