Dzeel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join behavioral health teams across North Carolina. • Earn $750–$1,050 weekly, based on experience and assignment

Assignment Details

• Full-time contract opportunities available
• Initial 16-week assignments with extension options
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts based on facility scheduling needs
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• Opportunities available at inpatient behavioral health facilities throughout North Carolina

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care while assisting with daily living activities
• Maintain assigned patient observation levels and help ensure a safe therapeutic environment
• Encourage positive patient interactions through effective communication and supportive care
• Accurately document patient observations, care provided, and changes in condition
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans
• Perform delegated patient care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of one year of recent inpatient healthcare experience
• Ability to successfully complete required background screenings, drug testing, credential verification, and competency assessments
