    Compensation & Benefits 

    • $145,000 - $233,400+inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    What You Bring 

    • Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
    • Active DEA license in NY 
    • Active NPI number 
    • Experience in direct clinical care 
    • 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred 
    • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 
    • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment 

    What You’ll Do 

    • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care  
    • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children  
    • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions  
    • Complete timely, accurate documentation
