Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric DD Nurse to join our team at the Tiffin Developmental Center. As a Psychiatric DD Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on support and stabilization to help them integrate into their desired environment.

About the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Tiffin Developmental Center (TDC):

TDC is a residential facility located in Northwest Ohio, supporting youth aged 10-17 and adults with developmental disabilities. Our large rural campus provides opportunities for residents to be active and part of our community. Our direct care staff and nurses provide 24/7 care to individuals who call TDC home.

Job Requirements:

• Current license as a registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio, as issued by the Board of Nursing (Section 4723.03 of Revised Code).
• May be exposed to unpredictable resident behavior and communicable diseases.

As a Psychiatric DD Nurse, you will:

• Provide high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Focus on support and stabilization to help individuals integrate into their desired environment.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

• Competitive salary: $34.96 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $36.65.
• Additional shift differential for hours worked between 3PM and 7AM.
