Role Overview
- Full-time Monday to Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
- Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Hendersonville and Arden, North Carolina
Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated compensation range of $120,000 to $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income
- Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
- Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a PMHNP-C
- Active DEA or willingness to obtain
- New grad PMHNP applicants welcome
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
