Role Overview
Schedule: 2 days a week, Monday to Friday
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
Prescribe and manage medications
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Hold a valid full PMHNP license
Active TX license
Active DEA preferred but not required
Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
Compensation Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,752 - $64,503 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
