Part-time W-2 | 10–20 hours/week | $70–$100/hour + % of collections + performance incentives

KCLA is seeking a PMHNP to join our collaborative, high-touch mental health practice.

This is an immediate opening, starting 1–2 days per week, with potential to grow into full-time.

Schedule: Wednesdays, with additional days as needed, approximately 9 a.m.–7 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications

• Provide hands-on IV ketamine care and clinical oversight of infusion RNs

• Assess treatment readiness, monitor patients, and respond to adverse effects

• Provide preparation and integration support and track treatment response

• Coordinate ongoing care with the clinical team

• Complete EHR documentation, medical-necessity documentation, and prior authorizations

Required

• Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses

• National PMHNP certification and board certification

• Appropriate furnishing authority and active DEA registration

• Strong psychiatric assessment and medication-management skills

• Current BLS and ACLS, or ability to obtain before infusion coverage

• ASA Safe Sedation Training, or ability to obtain during training

• Reliable availability for full onsite shifts

• Sustainable commute to 90045

Preferred

• IV ketamine experience strongly preferred

• TMS, especially MagVenture

• Spravato

• Insurance-based practice experience

• Existing in-network participation with major commercial PPO plans
