We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents with psychiatric and behavioral conditions.

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and manage mental health conditions
- Prescribe and monitor medications (DEA required)
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and social workers
- Provide ongoing follow-up and treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification as PMHNP
- Active DEA license
- Experience in SNF, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with geriatric psychiatry
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently
