We are seeking a dedicated <\/span>Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)<\/b> <\/span>to provide high -quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents with psychiatric and behavioral conditions.

Requirements<\/h3>- Active <\/span>New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license<\/b><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- Board Certification as PMHNP
<\/li> - Active <\/span>DEA license<\/b>
<\/li> - Experience in SNF, long -term care, or geriatrics preferred
<\/li> - Strong communication and teamwork skills
<\/li> - Experience with geriatric psychiatry
<\/li> - Familiarity with EMR systems
<\/li> - Ability to work independently
