About the Role:
Alliance Wellness Solutions is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team in Towson, MD. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and established patients
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans including psychopharmacology and therapy referrals
• Monitor patient progress, adjust medication regimens, and document clinical outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including therapists, counselors, and primary care providers
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, and mental wellness strategies
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and have at least 3 years experience working in an inpatient or outpatient mental health setting
• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification required
• Current, unrestricted Maryland state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of Maryland
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric/mental health specialty
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care, medication management, and psychopharmacology preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach to care
