Job Title: Inpatient Adult Psychiatrist

Location: Kirkland, WA

  • Kirkland Campus: 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.
  • Everett Campus: 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center s Pacific Campus.
  • Monroe Campus: 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.
  • Bellevue Outpatient

Fairfax Behavioral Health offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women s-focused programs.

Details

  • Manageable and Sustainable Caseload: Adult inpatient and/or addiction caseload consisting of 16 total encounters per day.
  • Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday, days only.
  • Weekends/Call: One weekend per month in-person weekend rounding + One evening per week of evening call (phone only).
  • Primary Duties: Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Job type: Full time employed W-2 position.
  • Salary range: $315,000-$330,000
  • Benefits: Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, etc.
  • Malpractice insurance covered.
  • PTO: 26 days Paid Time Off annually.

  • Other compensation: Negotiable Relocation Assistance/Sign-On Bonus.

Requirements

  1. Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
  2. Certifications: BC/BE in General Psychiatry (required).
  3. Licensure: Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license.
  4. Credentialing: Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.
