We believe great patient care starts with great staff care. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and passionate about seniors, and we're looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who wants to do meaningful work without sacrificing balance.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations for older adults, on-site in their communities and homes
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management
• Partner with facility staff, families, and our primary care colleagues to deliver coordinated, compassionate care

What You'll Bring

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing with a psychiatric-mental health focus
• Current Utah APRN license and PMHNP certification (or eligibility)
• DEA registration and Utah controlled substance license (or ability to obtain)
• Heart for geriatric, patient-centered care, plus a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
