Schedule:Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | Monday–Friday day shift (flexible start times from 7:30am–9:00am)

What You Will Do:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established team of 5 physicians and 8 APPs
• Call structure: No telephone/overnight call required for NP staff; shared weekend coverage approx. 1 in 7 weekends
• Practice setting: Mixed (Inpatient, Outpatient, Partial Hospital, and Intensive Outpatient)
• Access to: Sunrise Clinical Manager, Athena EMR, therapeutic day school, and school-based behavioral health services
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Drive patient-centered behavioral health care by managing a dynamic clinical schedule that spans comprehensive outpatient evaluations, medication management, and active inpatient rounding
• Enhance multidisciplinary treatment outcomes by collaborating with medical staff, participating in treatment team planning, and guiding holistic care across the life span

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
