The clinician will work part-time for 24 hours per week during day shifts with no call requirements, participating in daily in-person morning treatment team meetings on scheduled workdays. Each patient is seen by the team a minimum of four times per month, often more when clinically appropriate, requiring detailed documentation and coordinated care delivery.
